Your Impact
- Drive Delivery Excellence: Lead end-to-end deployments alongside internal teams and external partners, establishing robust governance, ensuring precise scoping, and proactively uncovering hidden assumptions.
- Be the Strategic Anchor: Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery, building alignment with customer stakeholders ranging from operational leads up to the C-suite.
- Master Complex Programs: Navigate intricate, multi-faceted programs, ensuring flawless delivery while expertly balancing scope, risk, budget, and resourcing.
- Accelerate Decision-Making: Anticipate bottlenecks and drive critical project decisions across design, testing, timelines, and organizational change management.
- Build Consensus: Leverage top-tier negotiation skills to resolve conflicts, maintain project momentum, and unite diverse teams behind a shared goal.
- Champion Excellence: Advocate for and implement the "the company Way" methodology, ensuring the delivery of scalable, highly intuitive, and user-friendly solutions.
- Deliver Transparency: Provide clear, actionable reporting on project status and overall portfolio health to both internal leadership and external stakeholders.
Your DNA (What You Bring)
- Enterprise Expertise: Demonstrable history of exemplary program or project management across complex, large-scale enterprise initiatives.
- Agile Mastery: Deep, hands-on experience in Agile project delivery methodologies—this is essential for driving our fast-paced implementations.
- Turnaround Architect: Proven ability to recover and realign complex projects led by partners or vendors. We are looking for a track record of delivering—and rescuing—large-scale projects under tight timelines and budgets.
- Executive Influence: Exceptional customer engagement and communication skills, characterized by the ability to negotiate, influence senior leadership, and confidently act as a trusted strategic advisor.
- Domain Knowledge (Bonus): While not strictly essential, domain expertise in Supply Chain, FP&A, or Workforce Planning will highly differentiate your application.
- Arabic Speaker preferred for this role but not essential. English is required.
