Your responsibilities will include understanding client needs, developing strategies to address these needs, and implementing solutions that provide value. The position is crucial for servicing various healthcare data holders, such as Electronic Medical Records (EMR), registries, claims, and supply chain data. You will leverage advanced analytics to facilitate strategic decision-making and empower businesses.
Essential Functions:
- Lead a team of Data Scientists and Analysts by providing guidance and mentoring while solving business problems.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to propose effective solutions.
- Collaborate with peers, colleagues, and management to drive data-driven recommendations and strategies.
- Conduct data analysis and data extraction/manipulation.
Qualifications:
- Languages: Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.
- Education: Master’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Bio-informatics, or a related field.
- Skills: Demonstrated organizational skills to manage projects from concept to completion.
- Background: Ability to thrive under strict deadlines while handling multiple tasks. Innovative thinking regarding conceptual products and familiarity with statistical methods and database sources.
- Experience: At least 7-11 years in Data Analytics, Insight Generation, and/or Data Science, with 4+ years in healthcare or analytics organizations that translate business problems into insights.
Key Competencies:
- Strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with statistical modeling techniques (e.g., regression, decision trees, clustering).
- Self-motivated to identify opportunities and develop solutions for business partners.
