Senior Solution Sales Executive BTM (Business Transformation Management)

In this role, you will create and execute strategies that accelerate cloud transformation for enterprise customers. You will be responsible for delivering measurable business outcomes by positioning the company’s Business Transformation Management (BTM) portfolio and Integrated Tool Chain. As a Senior Solution Sales Expert, you will play a key role in building the market for the company’s Integrated Tool Chain (Process Mining, Enterprise Architecture, Testing/Automation, Data Migration & Governance, Cloud ALM). You will be accountable for territory planning, pipeline development, and deal execution.

Requirements

• Proven ability to lead complex enterprise software sales cycles and close high-value deals.
• Deep understanding of Business Process Management (BPM), Process Mining, and Enterprise Architecture concepts.
• Expertise in solution positioning and delivering tailored demonstrations that resonate with C-level stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the company ecosystem, including Business Suite, AI, and Integrated Toolchain strategy.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to engage senior decision-makers.
• Collaborative mindset to work across virtual account teams and partner networks.
• Discipline in pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM best practices.
