About the Role
The primary purpose of the senior Solution Sales position is to lead, drive, and manage this line of business across Strategic Accounts in the Kingdom while consistently attaining targeted revenue and profitability goals. This role will leverage sales leadership skills, relevant processes, and training to achieve all sales and quality targets in line with business objectives. Additionally, the position serves as the primary escalation point when necessary for Solution Sales activities.

Expectations and Tasks
- Build, drive, and grow the business across the strategic accounts.
- Manage the sales pipeline proactively to ensure the attainment of established goals.
- Participate in regular business review meetings or forecast calls.
- Provide feedback to Field Management regarding the engagement level with the Solution Sales Team.
- Sell the BTP portfolio and act as the point of contact in these Strategic Accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing and field sales management to understand and implement initiatives based on Solution Sales requirements.
- Drive and coordinate with the field management team to develop pipeline, revenue, and demand management.
- Provide feedback on executed initiatives to enable continuous program improvement.
Work Experience
- Extensive sales experience with business applications and/or IT solutions; experience selling to CXOs.
- Collaborative style and ability to work in a networked organization with virtual teams.
- Proven track record of capturing and growing customer and market share in a profitable manner.
- 8+ years of experience in sales and sales management (Direct Sales).
- Proven success in exceeding sales quotas.
- Fluent in English and Arabic national language (Saudi National).
Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Business / Engineering or Technology).
