As a Senior Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Building and publishing dashboards and MI reports for stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Supporting business with strategic data analytics projects and delivering insights to business leaders.
- Digitizing and automating MI reports and workflows through business intelligence (BI) solutions.
- Managing the computation of key performance indicators and processing incentive payouts for business units.
- Providing data solutions for automation and digitization initiatives.
- Developing effective solutions using BI tools such as SAS, Python, VBA, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
- Documenting and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) for developed solutions and training business units on their use.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Science, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- Certification in SAS, Power BI, or Business Analytics.
- Min. 5 years of experience as a Data Engineer, including at least 2-3 years within the banking or financial services sector.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience building data pipelines across different data formats (structured, semi-structured, unstructured).
- Strong experience in Python data engineering (e.g., Pyspark, pandas).
- Min. 4 years of experience in the Business Intelligence domain with exposure to the banking sector.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools, GitHub, Confluence, JIRA, and strong hands-on knowledge of tools like VBA, SAS, SQL, Power BI, Tableau.
- Effective collaboration skills with teams and stakeholders.
