Senior Solutions Architect

Amazon Web Services is looking for a highly motivated Senior Solutions Architect to help accelerate customer adoption. As a Senior Solutions Architect at AWS, you will work directly with customers to help them gain a competitive edge using AWS.

You will provide exceptional technical design guidance and thought leadership while influencing customers' architectural choices across broad use cases involving security, compute, storage networking, as well as advanced scenarios such as serverless, analytics, and AI/ML. You will also capture and share best-practice knowledge with the AWS solution architect community, and learn from some of the brightest technical minds in the industry.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of specific technology domain experience (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering)
• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
• 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in software or Internet industries experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience
• Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
• Experience working in the Enterprise Greenfield space
