In this role, you'll work at the intersection of transformative technology and local customer needs, leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI to create transformative experiences for our customers. You'll be instrumental in building and adapting AI-powered features that resonate with MENA users, particularly in areas like spirituality, entertainment, and daily utility.
You must be hands-on and comfortable with ambiguity - we operate like a startup within Amazon, requiring both strategic thinking and tactical execution. Your responsibilities will include owning key technical relationships and driving partner success across MENA, with a focus on Saudi Arabia and UAE.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical architecture and implementation of AI-powered solutions, including LLM integration, multimodal experiences, and voice-first applications
- Drive innovation in localized AI features, ensuring cultural relevance and accuracy
- Provide technical consultation to strategic partners, from initial concept through production deployment
- Design and implement creative solutions for market-specific challenges using both 1P and 3P integration approaches
- Build proof-of-concept demonstrations and technical assets that showcase next-generation AI capabilities
- Collaborate with global AI/ML teams to ensure MENA-specific requirements are represented in product roadmaps
- Support brand activation initiatives requiring technical expertise
- Develop reference architectures and frameworks that enable scale and adoption
- Lead technical discussions with C-level executives and influence product strategy
Work Conditions
- Note: Arabic language proficiency (Gulf dialect) is essential for this role
- Must be hands-on and comfortable with ambiguity, operating in a startup-like environment
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software development, AI/ML systems, or digital solutions
- Demonstrable experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Engineering, or related technical field (Master's preferred)
- Native-level Arabic (Gulf dialect) proficiency and professional English communication skills
