As a dedicated Solutions Architect, you will be pivotal in driving the next stage of growth for Chainlink. You'll work closely with talented sales, product management, and integrations teams, acting as a trusted advisor to prospective users by demonstrating how our Chainlink decentralized oracle network can securely and reliably connect their blockchains to real-world data. Your technical and product expertise will be vital throughout the sales cycle, and you will perform technical discovery qualification, architectural recommendations, product demonstrations, and troubleshoot configuration issues.
Requirements:
- Computer science or technical background with at least 5 years of extensive technical account and relationship management experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in RWA/tokenised assets environments and/or working with decentralized applications (DApps), smart contracts, and blockchain technology.
- Strong technical understanding, including the ability to read and comprehend code (e.g., Solidity/Rust/MOVE) and navigate large-scale software development projects.
- Experience in performing technical discovery qualification, making architectural recommendations, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Pre-sales technology solutions experience with the ability to deliver Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and confidently run product demos.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Business acumen and experience driving commercial negotiations.
- Confidence in speaking with clients and customer success experience with mission-critical software products.
- Strong commitment to user success and optimal use of Chainlink.
- Understanding or experience in the Solana ecosystem.
Work Conditions:
- This role is global and remote-based. While the role is flexible, we ask that you try to overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
