Senior Solutions Architect

The company is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to join our Commercial Sector Greenfield team in the UAE. You will work with customers in Financial Services, Retail, Travel & Hospitality, and Media who are at the earliest stages of their cloud journey. This is a builder role, where you will have the opportunity to shape customers' foundational cloud strategy from day one.

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will own the technical relationship with greenfield customers end-to-end. This means:

• Engaging net-new customers to understand their business drivers for cloud adoption, assessing their existing on-premises or multi-cloud landscape, and architecting a credible path to the company.
• Building the technical case for the company: competitive differentiators, total cost of ownership analyses, migration strategies, and proof-of-value engagements that turn skeptics into advocates.
• Helping customers envision and build with generative AI and machine learning to make the company the platform of choice.
• Partnering closely with Account Managers and Business Development to shape the go-to-market strategy for new accounts.
• Acting as the customer's technical advocate inside the company and translating field insights into clear feedback that shapes the roadmap for the company services.
• Creating and sharing technical content that scales your impact, such as workshops, blog posts, and reference architectures.
• Mentoring fellow Solutions Architects, sharing knowledge, and helping others grow.

Work Conditions
No two days look the same. You might spend time in workshops with customers, drafting migration playbooks, or advocating for features that would unblock key deals. You will balance depth with breadth, strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and work in a collaborative environment that values curiosity, ownership, and impact.
