Senior Solutions Architect

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will consult with external customers and develop integrated end-to-end IT solutions that support the customer’s strategic, operational, and financial goals. You will translate the client’s business requirements into specific systems or applications for complex technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, ensuring alignment with proposed Dell's offerings.
• Create detailed solution architectures that integrate various Dell Technologies, ensuring interoperability and effectiveness.
• Provide technical implementation expertise for assigned engagements to optimize results for the customer, maintaining awareness of existing or potential customer software/hardware situations and ensuring deployment excellence.
• Develop and cultivate excellent customer relationships by building solid customer-facing skills including negotiation, conflict resolution, and crisis management.
• Contribute to the development of technical procedures and best practices and stay updated on technical specifications for hardware/software requirements of Dell Technologies products.

Requirements
Essential Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of related experience in a professional role.
• Strong knowledge of Dell Technologies products, including hardware, software, and solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and design effective technology solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Dell Proven Professional Certification.
