As a dedicated Solutions Architect, you will be pivotal in driving the next stage of growth for Chainlink. You'll work closely with talented sales, product management, and integrations coworkers, acting as a trusted advisor to prospective users by demonstrating how our Chainlink decentralized oracle network can securely and reliably connect their blockchains to real-world data. You will be an integral part of the success of both our users and Account Executives by performing technical discovery qualification, making architectural recommendations, delivering product demonstrations and proofs of concept (PoCs), and troubleshooting technical configuration issues.
Requirements:
- Computer science or technical background with at least 5 years of extensive technical account and relationship management experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in real-world assets/tokenized assets environments and/or working with decentralized applications (DApps), smart contracts, and blockchain technology.
- Strong technical understanding with the ability to read and comprehend code (e.g., Solidity/Rust/MOVE) and manage large-scale software development projects.
- Experience in pre-sales technology solutions, delivering proofs of concept (PoCs), and confidently running product demos.
- Business acumen and experience in commercial negotiations.
- Customer success experience with mission-critical software products.
- Solid understanding or experience in the Solana ecosystem is preferred.
Work Conditions:
All roles with Chainlink Labs are global and remote-based. Candidates are encouraged to overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
