The Senior Solutions Architect plays a key role in the Pre-Sales organization, responsible for guiding customers in designing and building reliable, scalable systems using the MongoDB platform. This role involves working closely with sales executives to solve business problems and drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design scalable and performant applications and systems from the ground up.
- Guide customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies while articulating business value.
- Collaborate with the sales team on account planning, opportunity qualification, and pipeline generation.
- Proactively generate demand through technical initiatives and participation in events.
- Foster strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and success.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development to master the MongoDB product suite.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 to 8 years of related industry experience, ideally 2 years in a customer-facing role.
- Minimum of 2 years experience with modern scripting languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, SQL) or programming languages (e.g., C/C++, Java, C#).
- Experience in implementing scalable and highly available distributed systems.
- Ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts clearly.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Fluent in Turkish and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with major cloud providers.
- Experience in a technical pre-sales capacity or with database programming.
- Understanding of sales methodologies/frameworks.
- MongoDB Certification and/or Cloud Provider Certification.
