We are looking for passionate technologists to join our Pre-Sales organization and ensure strong technical alignment with our platform and the needs of our customers. As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will guide our customers to design and build reliable, scalable systems using our data platform, working closely with sales executives to solve business problems and drive business success.
Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: Full-time, Hybrid working model
Key Responsibilities:
- Design scalable and performant applications, systems, and infrastructure for large projects leveraging MongoDB.
- Advise customers on architecture patterns and optimisation strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive account success and manage technical aspects of the sales process.
- Proactively generate demand through technical initiatives and participation in events.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer success.
Requirements:
- 5 to 8 years of related industry experience with a minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role.
- Experience with modern scripting languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, SQL) and/or programming languages (e.g., C/C++, Java, C#).
- Proven ability to work with customers on complex architecture.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in both Turkish and English.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud providers.
- Technical pre-sales experience.
- Knowledge of database programming and data models.
- MongoDB Certification and Cloud Provider Certification.
