Senior Solutions Architect - UAE

About the Role
As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the company's prospects and customers, helping them navigate how the company's AI-powered DevSecOps platform fulfills both technical requirements and business objectives throughout the software development lifecycle. Your expertise will guide organizations on their digital transformation journeys from planning to monitoring, leveraging your understanding of cloud and modern software development practices, as well as strong customer empathy.
You will report to a regional Solutions Architect Manager and work closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities will include managing technical evaluations, leading workshops, shaping solution architectures, and acting as the voice of the customer to Product Management. This position focuses on driving successful platform adoption, influencing revenue growth through solution selling, and fostering long-term trust-based relationships to highlight the company's unique position in the AI-driven DevSecOps landscape.

What You’ll Do

• Lead technical discovery, demos, and validations to demonstrate how the company's AI-powered DevSecOps platform meets customer needs across the software lifecycle.
• Manage the technical evaluation process including solution design, proof of concept or proof of value ownership, workshop design, and the technical components of tenders, audits, and value stream assessments.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and regional sales teams across Italy to craft and implement account strategies for customer acquisition and expansion.
• Build and deepen relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders, guiding them through the company's driven transformation and enabling advocacy.
• Advise customers on modern software development, continuous integration, continuous deployment, cloud practices, and security, challenging existing paradigms to improve investment returns.
• Serve as the voice of the customer within Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing by sharing feedback, use cases, and competitive insights that refine roadmap and positioning.
• Maintain and expand technical expertise in the company, DevSecOps, AI, and related cloud technologies, creating reusable materials and best practice guidance for customers and partners.
• Engage in personal growth and development through ongoing learning, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to improve the effectiveness of the Solutions Architect team.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in engaging with customers in technical pre-sales, consulting, or similar roles, guiding them through solution design and evaluation.
• Proficiency with the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including modern DevSecOps practices and CI/CD workflows.
• Hands-on experience with the company's platform or similar platforms, able to align platform capabilities to customer use cases.
• Practical knowledge of cloud computing concepts, able to discuss deployment, security, and operations options with technical teams.
• Ability to lead technical evaluations such as proof of concept, contribute to tenders or audits, and facilitate workshops or value stream assessments.
• Strong technical communication and presentation skills, capable of adapting messages to various stakeholders from technical practitioners to senior business leaders.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships, listen empathetically, and advocate for customers with internal teams such as Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
• Commitment to continuous professional development including learning new technologies and deepening the company's platform expertise.
• Experience within the MEA region, and proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
• Willingness to travel at least 25%.
