Key Responsibilities
As a senior individual contributor, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and help define prospective customers’ technical requirements and use-cases to align the company’s technical and business value proposition.
  • Engage with C-level executives, technical cybersecurity professionals, and major lines of business by delivering in-depth solution demonstrations and managing proof-of-concepts.
  • Act as a security advisor throughout the technical sales cycle by building cyber skills programs, facilitating crisis simulations, and measuring organizational risk.
  • Partner with key customers to understand and help achieve their business objectives, cybersecurity initiatives, and desired outcomes.
  • Establish strategies and roadmaps to drive cyber workforce resilience through a programmatic approach.
  • Deliver routine Executive Business Reviews to maintain engagement with C-level executives and stakeholders.
  • Utilize cybersecurity knowledge to recommend improvements to existing programs and suggest new initiatives.
  • Drive adoption of the platform to maximize value.
  • Stay informed about evolving threats, trends, and new technologies within the cybersecurity community.
  • Collaborate with product, content, and engineering teams to serve as the voice of the customer and influence product innovation.

Program Management

  • Support customers in operationalizing and incorporating the platform into their cybersecurity programs sustainably by leveraging platform metrics, custom reports, and insights.
  • Function as an escalation point and primary liaison between sales, product leadership, and client accounts.
  • Assist the Customer Success Manager (CSM) in delivering Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) by providing executive-level reports that foster long-term account health and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications
We’d love to hear from you if you have proven experience in the following areas:

  • 5+ years of experience in an information security practitioner or solution consulting role, including experience in a pre-sales capacity; Customer Success experience is highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience in client-facing roles, consulting and presenting to both C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in IT fundamentals, including computer hardware/software, databases, networking, security, and software development.
  • Authoritative knowledge of information security concepts, domains, and compliance standards, along with strong presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, security tools (IDS, firewalls, anti-malware, SIEM), and public cloud environments.
  • Experience leading technical presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences across all levels.
  • Industry qualifications such as CISSP are desirable but not essential.
