We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect with extensive expertise in VMware technologies and infrastructure modernization to support strategic sales opportunities across the Middle East. This presales-focused role involves close collaboration with Sales, Solutions, and Delivery teams to design innovative solutions addressing customers' datacentre modernization, virtualization, hybrid cloud, and disaster recovery needs. The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is full-time, on-site.
Language Requirement: Fluent in Arabic and English
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop trusted relationships with client executives and technical stakeholders as both a business and technical advisor.
- Lead workshops focused on VMware technologies and related strategies.
- Design solutions leveraging VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), vSphere, NSX, and other technologies.
- Coordinate complex presales engagements and produce high-quality proposals and Statements of Work (SoWs).
- Provide specialized guidance on VMware platforms and infrastructure transformation.
- Estimate project efforts and maintain accurate engagement information within Salesforce.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Extensive experience in enterprise infrastructure design and VMware-based solutions.
- Strong understanding of datacentre modernization and cloud adoption strategies.
- Proven expertise in VMware technologies (e.g., VCF, vSphere, NSX).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
