Job Description:
Sprinklr is looking for a pre-sales Senior Solutions Consultant to partner with Sales and Customer Success on our Large Enterprise prospects and strategic clients. As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will bring your technical and industry expertise to create compelling solutions for customers. You will need to have a thorough understanding of Sprinklr’s offerings to help our customers realize the outcomes and benefits they seek. Working closely with sales and customer success, you will uncover and address customers' current and future needs to provide an end-to-end solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and present solutions that address customer business challenges.
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand client objectives and desired outcomes.
  • Present visions of solutions that meet client requirements, promoting adoption and growth.
  • Conduct client workshops, including whiteboarding and Q&A sessions.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competition.
  • Develop and share client success stories to convey the value of Sprinklr’s solutions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and feedback.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant CX strategy and technical consulting experience.
  • Experience in a presales role at a SaaS company managing large enterprise customers.
  • Familiarity with CRM, Marketing Automation, Business Intelligence, and Social Media.
  • Proven thought leader in relevant areas through white papers, industry event speaking, and blogging.
  • Creative thinker capable of innovatively approaching customer experience challenges.
