We are seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to join our Middle East & Africa pre-sales team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, understanding their business landscape and demonstrating the value of the company Experience Cloud solutions. You will be instrumental in helping businesses tackle their most significant challenges and guiding them through digital transformation using the company's content supply chain solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Actively drive and manage the technology evaluation stage of the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team as a key technical advisor and product advocate.
- Provide customer advice on digital change and utilize the company’s solutions to grow their business.
- Demonstrate an understanding of digital marketing, asset management, and workflow technologies.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a presales capacity with content and workflow solutions.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and emerging trends.
- Familiarity with the company Content Supply Chain solutions (the company Experience Manager, the company Workfront, and Creative Cloud).
- Ability to articulate technology and solution positioning to business and technical users.
- Exceptional presentation and conversational skills, employing ‘Value Based Selling’ techniques.
