Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and drive opportunities in new and existing customers in close collaboration with client executives.
  • Increase the company's revenue in aligned accounts, maximizing the company's share of wallet within these accounts.
  • Translate customer business needs into technical solutions based on the company's portfolio, leveraging a broad knowledge of the competitive landscape.
  • Partner with wider teams to create comprehensive solutions.
  • Conduct demonstrations and lead Proofs of Concept (POCs) in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as needed.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of business and technology strategy, change management, and digital transformation opportunities.
  • Utilize sales tools effectively to manage accounts, opportunities, and pipeline in alignment with client executives.
  • Identify growth opportunities outside of the existing customer base, workloads, and products.
  • Continually develop the necessary industry, solution, and technical knowledge to enhance relevance in accounts.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a Technical Sales, Presales, or Solution Engineering role, with experience working with large strategic customers in the Kingdom.
  • Strong technical knowledge of all the company's technologies, partner offerings, and competitive landscape from a customer business perspective.
  • Deep technical knowledge in Hybrid Cloud, Data Management Infrastructure, and Storage solutions.
  • Good understanding of Cyber resilience and data protection, including backup, disaster recovery, and ransomware mitigation.
  • Solid knowledge in AI and Analytics with experience in Data-Driven solutions and infrastructure planning for AI use cases.
  • General Application and Database knowledge (e.g., Oracle, SQL, VDI), especially in industry-specific environments.
  • Strong background in storage and data management needs, including retention strategies for sectors like public safety, transport, and smart cities.
  • Fluent communication skills with excellent presentation abilities to create value propositions aligned with customer requirements.
  • Ability to provide technical leadership in team-selling environments and maintain strong customer relationships across the territory.

Language Requirements: Fluent communicator in English.
