What Are We Looking For?
We seek individuals who are relentlessly curious and committed to continuous learning. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will serve as the strategic technical expert within the field, closely partnering with sales, customers, and ecosystem stakeholders to create meaningful outcomes. You will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise and government clients, shaping their security strategy and guiding them toward a unified, AI-powered defense with the company Singularity Platform.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Partner strategically with the sales organization to qualify and shape opportunities by understanding customer environments, challenges, and business drivers.
- Lead high-impact technical engagements, including advanced product demonstrations and architectural reviews.
- Serve as a senior subject-matter expert in EDR/XDR, AI Security, Cloud Security, Identity Security, and SIEM, translating complex concepts into meaningful business outcomes.
- Guide enterprise and government customers in designing and implementing robust security architectures and deliver compelling presentations tailored to customer priorities.
- Contribute to RFP/RFI processes and mentor junior and mid-level Solutions Engineers.
Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Solutions Engineering or technical pre-sales, with expertise in cybersecurity and related fields.
- Strong technical depth in endpoint security, cloud security, identity, logging, and threat detection, with proven experience in AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Ability to diagnose challenges in complex environments and design scalable, outcome-focused solutions.
- Highly self-driven and organized, with a passion for cybersecurity innovation and AI-driven security.
