We are seeking a talented Solutions Engineer (SE) to join our KSA organization. This role blends sales and technical expertise with a primary focus on supporting our sales team. The SE is responsible for providing technical knowledge regarding F5 solutions to our customers, necessitating excellent technical skills and an understanding of the ecosystem we operate in. We provide training and certification to keep our team updated on essential skills.

The core responsibility of the SE is to help achieve allocated sales targets by effectively proposing F5 solutions to meet customer needs, working closely with the Sales Account Manager. The SE serves as a trusted adviser to customers, addressing their technical and business challenges with effective solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Uphold F5’s Business Code of Ethics.
  • Provide complex design and systems engineering configurations.
  • Maintain a high level of technical knowledge of F5 solutions and industry trends.
  • Utilize sales strategies and messaging to align solutions with customer objectives.
  • Prepare and support customer presentations and case studies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maintain detailed account profiles.
  • Work collaboratively with Engineering, Product Development, and Technical Support.
  • Deliver customized product presentations through a solution-based sales approach.
  • Engage in post-sales support and problem resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Multiple years of experience in Cloud, Security, Application Delivery, Network Infrastructure, DevOps, SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS environments.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and account management skills.
  • Significant pre-sales / Systems Engineering expertise.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Familiarity with F5 core products or key competitors' offerings is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of F5 technologies and solutions is ideal.
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
