Following the rapid growth of its customer base, the company is excited to hire its first Solutions Engineer in Saudi Arabia. This fast-paced, technical, and customer-facing role will support sales teams in meeting customer needs. This is a senior position where fluency in Arabic is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical pre-sales and post-sales support, collaborating with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to drive revenue growth and product adoption.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact between clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Meet clients regularly throughout the end-to-end sales process and be accountable for delivering Proof of Value (POV) engagements.
- Present Threat Intelligence Reports to various audiences, including technical teams and C-level executives.
- Design and build custom client integrations and define solution architectures.
Experience Requirements:
- Candidates should have a technical background with established experience in pre-sales and post-sales engineering.
- Interest in cybersecurity with strong knowledge of network and security devices/systems (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Firewalls, IDA, IPS, SIEM) and familiarity with TCP/IP and common networking protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information effectively.
- Capability to work within a team in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Skill in building long-lasting business relationships.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic is essential; fluency in French is desirable.
