Key Responsibilities:
- Recommend appropriate solution designs and implementation strategies based on deep product and technical judgment.
- Diagnose complex technical issues, identify root causes, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive effective solutions.
- Ensure high implementation quality by providing strong technical guidance and facilitating smooth go-lives.
- Conduct discovery conversations to uncover client pain points and shape tailored solutions.
- Maintain proactive communication with both business and technical stakeholders, effectively managing expectations.
- Own client outcomes from discovery through launch and adoption, advocating for their needs and addressing potential blockers.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding usage based on client interactions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and visibility across teams.
- Collaborate across functions to align on priorities and ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Pre-sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or similar client-facing technical roles, with a proven record of handling complex client outcomes independently.
- Strong technical skills in APIs, integration design, and troubleshooting, along with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations confidently.
- Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in Arabic is required.
- A commercially minded approach, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to advance projects with minimal oversight.
- Experience in payments, fintech, or bank integrations is preferred.
