We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our Pre-Sales Solutions Engineering team, which is responsible for the technical sale of the company's solution portfolio for Digital Native Business. In this role, you will act as a technical customer advocate, collaborating with various teams across the company including Sales, Product, and Engineering. Your goal is to ensure customer success by creating scalable solutions and effectively communicating complex technical concepts in simple terms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive customer success through the technical sale of the company's offerings.
- Collaborate with diverse teams within the company to meet customer needs.
- Maintain a broad knowledge of Internet performance and security technology.
- Provide feedback and identify opportunities to enhance solutions for our customers.
Desirable Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- 3-10 years of experience in the IT industry (early to mid-level).
- Fluent in English (written & spoken).
- Experience with Oracle, AWS, Microsoft, or leading cybersecurity solutions.
- Ability to understand project management and prioritize competing demands.
- Knowledge of Internet technologies, such as TCP/UDP, DNS, firewalls, and HTTP.
- Comfort with travel (10-15 days per quarter) for customer engagements or conferences.
- Previous experience in a pre-sales solutions engineering or consulting role is a plus.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Bash).
Language Requirements:
- Fluent English (written & spoken).
