Following the rapid growth of our customer base, the company is excited to hire its first Solutions Engineer in Saudi Arabia. This fast-paced, technical, and customer-facing role will support our sales teams in ensuring that customer needs are met. This is a senior position, and fluency in Arabic is essential. Location: Riyadh Region, Saudi Arabia Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical pre-sales and post-sales support while partnering with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to drive revenue growth and product adoption. - Serve as the primary technical contact between clients, partners, and internal teams, offering expertise on cybersecurity solutions. - Conduct meetings with clients throughout the end-to-end sales process and be accountable for delivering Proof of Value (POV) engagements. - Present Threat Intelligence Reports and advice to a wide range of audiences, including technical teams and C-level Executives. - Design and build custom client integrations and define solution architectures. Required Experience and Skills: - Proven experience in a technical background with established sales engineer expertise in pre-sales/post-sales engagements. - A strong interest in cybersecurity and a comprehensive knowledge of network and security devices/systems (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Firewalls, IDA, IPS, SIEM) as well as TCP/IP and common networking protocols. - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex technical information effectively. - The capability to work collaboratively in an innovative and fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. - Strong relationship-building skills. Language Requirements: - Fluency in Arabic is essential. - Fluency in French is desirable.
