Responsibilities:
- Serve as a customer-facing technologist within the company Solutions Engineering team.
- Partner with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide support.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demos to explain the benefits of company products.
- Conduct proof-of-concept trials for customers.
- Build strong relationships and develop technical champions within customer accounts.
- Lead demo and proof-of-concept activities for prospects and customers.
- Create professional content, such as white papers and blog posts, to share knowledge.
- Represent the company at industry events as a thought leader.
Basic Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Solutions Engineer or in a technical customer-facing role.
- Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for meetings, conferences, and collaboration.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Understanding of customer network and application architectures.
- Knowledge of application and network security, SaaS environments, VPNs, and remote access challenges.
- Experience working with senior-level executives on network and security transformations.
- Familiarity with CDN providers and internet security technologies.
