The Senior Solutions Engineer will partner with the Account Executive to generate revenue through technical ownership of opportunity pursuits throughout the sales cycle. This role requires a balance of business and technical skills, with a focus on presenting and demonstrating our solutions to various audiences while building strong relationships throughout the sales process. The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with some travel required.

What You'll Do:

  • Proactively support end-to-end sales activities and develop strong value propositions.
  • Analyze customer business requirements to identify opportunities.
  • Articulate high-level solutions that fit client needs and environments.
  • Drive end-user adoption of the company's products through events, seminars, webinars, and training.
  • Collaborate with Customer delivery leads and Professional Services to implement solutions.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives through various evangelism activities.
  • Provide industry-relevant perspectives to clients and lead technical engagements across the sales process.
  • Stay updated on technology and industry changes.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Experience in a customer-facing, account management, or strategic consulting role.
  • Technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies.
  • Results-oriented mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated approach with ideas to inspire customer loyalty.
  • Proven experience in building strong relationships, with diplomacy and tact under pressure.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language Requirements: Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory; Arabic is advantageous.
