The company is excited to hire its first Solutions Engineer in Saudi Arabia due to the rapid growth of its customer base. This fast-paced, technical, and customer-facing role supports sales teams in meeting customer needs. As a senior position, fluency in Arabic is essential.

Job Description:

• Provide technical pre-sales and post-sales support by collaborating with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers.
• Drive revenue growth and enhance product adoption.
• Act as the main technical point of contact between clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Deliver Proof of Value (POV) engagements and present Threat Intelligence Reports to various audiences, including C-level executives.
• Design and build custom client integrations and define solution architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical background with experience in pre-sales and post-sales engagements is preferred.
• Strong interest in cybersecurity and knowledge of network and security devices/systems (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Firewalls, IDS, IPS, SIEM) along with an understanding of TCP/IP and common networking protocols.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to share complex technical information effectively.
• Capacity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to forge long-lasting business relationships.
• Fluency in Arabic is essential; fluency in French is desirable.
