What You'll Do:
As a member of the Pre-Sales Solution Engineering team, you will play a crucial role in the technical sales of the company's solution portfolio, ensuring optimal business value and tailored solution design for customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working directly with customers in Kuwait and Bahrain to understand their requirements and provide sales support.
- Preparing and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations of the company's products.
- Running proof of concept trials for customers.
- Identifying customer initiatives and mapping them to the company's solutions.
- Building relationships with key technical champions within customer accounts.
- Leading demos and proof-of-concept activities.
- Sharing your expertise through white papers, blog posts, and other knowledge-sharing activities.
- Representing the company at various industry events.
Basic Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Solutions Engineer or in a similar customer-facing technical role with CDN, Security, Networking, or SaaS.
- Strong communication, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Highly driven, curious, and team-oriented individuals with a sense of urgency.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for meetings, conferences, and collaboration with the company's teams.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Understanding of customer network and/or application architectures, including hybrid setups with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Knowledge of application and network security.
- Familiarity with SaaS environments, VPN, remote access challenges, and SIEM/log analytics.
- Experience engaging with senior-level executives to communicate network and security transformations.
- Familiarity with competitive markets for CDN providers and internet security technologies.
