The Services Presales Consultant works within Dell Technologies Services (DTS) business unit and leads the IT Transformation services solution definition. This role collaborates closely with the Services Sales and Services Delivery Teams, as well as product account teams to position the Dell solution that best meets customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of client presentations, workshops, and Services responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
- Create Statements of Work (SOW) and support deal negotiation and closure.
- Manage solution development including design, scope documents, risk profile, and financials.
- Articulate IT transformational journeys in business value and technology terms, focusing on MultiCloud, Data Center, and Automation/Integration.
- Act as the Services Presales solution owner and contribute to the sales pursuit strategy.
- Represent DTS within Dell Tech Organization through internal presentations, programs, and training.
Essential Requirements:
- Expert experience in IT transformation, including Multi Cloud solutions, Data Center, Virtualization, Automation, and Data Analytics.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles, influencing at all levels (up to CxO).
- Exceptional consulting skills with professional communication proficiency in English.
- Ability to work across the EMEA region in an international environment.
Desirable Requirements:
- Working knowledge of Dell and VMware product portfolio, IT cyber security, artificial intelligence, and cloud hyperscale solutions.
