Responsibilities
- Drive connected, end-to-end business transformation solutions across multiple business units within organizations across Saudi Arabia.
- Lead all stages of the sales process, including account and opportunity planning, deal strategy, negotiation, and execution.
- Engage with complex customer environments and guide them through decision frameworks and evaluation plans.
- Craft and negotiate terms for multimillion-dollar digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene to support business performance and planning.
- Leverage strong existing relationships within Saudi Arabia-based organizations to deliver consistent, measurable outcomes.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Significant years of experience in leading sales processes across account planning, opportunity planning, deal negotiation, customer decision frameworks, and evaluation plans.
- Proven years of experience in selling business applications (preferably the company Dynamics 365, or equivalent ERP/CRM platforms like SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce).
- Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in deal crafting, negotiating terms and contracts for multimillion-dollar digital transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to sell complex solutions to CxO-level stakeholders across both public and private sectors.
- Deep understanding of digital transformation initiatives in Saudi Arabia, especially those aligned with Vision 2030.
