As a Senior Specialist in AI Business Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving end-to-end business transformation for some of our most strategic customers. You will leverage extensive experience in managing complex, high-value relationships across various industries and have a proven track record in leading large-scale transformational sales engagements. Your background in navigating senior stakeholder environments within both business and IT provides you with well-established networks in organizations throughout Saudi Arabia.

In this role, you will align technology solutions — including AI, CRM, ERP, and Low Code platforms — with industry policy and strategic objectives to deliver meaningful outcomes. You will orchestrate across internal teams, partners, and service organizations to provide integrated solutions while navigating government budget cycles to achieve mutually beneficial results in complex environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive connected, end-to-end business transformation solutions across multiple business units in organizations throughout Saudi Arabia.
  • Lead all stages of the sales process, including account and opportunity planning, deal strategy, negotiation, and execution.
  • Engage with complex customer environments and guide them through decision frameworks and evaluation plans.
  • Craft and negotiate terms for multimillion-dollar digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene to support business performance and planning.
  • Leverage strong relationships within Saudi Arabia-based organizations to deliver consistent, measurable outcomes.

Qualifications:
Required:

  • Significant experience in leading sales processes including account planning, opportunity planning, deal negotiation, and customer decision frameworks.
  • Proven experience in selling business applications (preferably the company Dynamics 365, or equivalent ERP/CRM platforms like SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce).
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in deal crafting and negotiating terms for multimillion-dollar digital transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to forecast business and maintain pipeline hygiene.
  • Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions to CxO-level stakeholders in both public and private sectors.
  • Deep understanding of digital transformation initiatives in Saudi Arabia, particularly those aligned with Vision 2030.
