Responsible for leading the development, implementation, and optimization of advanced AI infrastructure solutions to support the organization's strategic objectives. Ensures the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of AI systems while driving innovation and continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies seamlessly into existing systems and processes, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Accountabilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI infrastructure solutions to support organizational goals.
• Develop and optimize scalable and reliable AI systems to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into existing systems and processes.
• Conduct in-depth analyses to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements and innovations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in AI infrastructure management.
• Develop and maintain documentation for AI systems, including architecture, processes, and protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI systems, implementing improvements as needed.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and trends to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills
Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills

• 10 years of experience in AI infrastructure development and management, with at least 5 years in a specialist role.

Work Conditions

• Regular updates and reports to senior management on AI infrastructure initiatives.
• Engage with external vendors and partners to evaluate and integrate AI technologies.
