Key Responsibilities:
- Architect meta-agent frameworks for real-time yard, vessel, and gate optimization.
- Design, train, and fine-tune RL/RLHF/RLVR models for dynamic scheduling and resource allocation.
- Build end-to-end machine learning (ML) pipelines from data ingestion to policy deployment.
- Benchmark mathematical solvers with RL policies for performance stability.
- Research emergent AI techniques and validate their operational impacts through prototypes.
- Lead data-engineering initiatives ensuring low-latency observability.
- Deploy solutions on Kubernetes with robust MLOps and CI/CD practices.
- Enforce AI governance including versioning, bias audits, and safety constraints.
- Mentor teams on RL theory and best practices for policy evaluation.
- Quantify ROI and KPIs, communicating successes to executive stakeholders.
- Enhance legacy ML models by integrating agentic components.
- Streamline codebases using lean principles to eliminate technical debt.
- Integrate LLM-driven NLP modules into optimization workflows.
- Contribute to corporate digital-transformation initiatives for long-term scalability.
Technical Skills:
The ideal candidate should have a strong command of a Python-centric AI stack, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and JAX, as well as experience with optimization libraries such as Pyomo and OR-Tools. Expertise in building large-scale data-engineering backbones with Apache Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka is essential. Deployment experience in multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP) and on-prem solutions is required, with a focus on CI/CD and observability through tools like Prometheus and Grafana. Proficiency in NLP technologies such as SpaCy and Hugging Face Transformers is also important.
