Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements for platform deployment.
- Analyze existing client infrastructure and workflows for seamless platform integration.
- Facilitate workshops and requirement sessions with client teams.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the engineering team during implementation.
- Lead demonstrations of company solutions for internal and external clients.
- Collaborate with solution architects to define deployment strategies.
- Work with Data Engineers on data mapping and flows.
- Support platform setup, validation, and data onboarding activities.
- Participate in testing and user acceptance sessions to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
- Identify process improvement opportunities for smoother deployments.
- Develop best practices for requirement gathering and client onboarding.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and ensure alignment of expectations.
- Operate within sensitive environments, adhering to security protocols and handling procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in data platform deployment projects.
- Solid understanding of data management concepts (data lakes, warehouses, etc.).
- Proven skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to resolve critical issues under pressure.
- Familiarity with AI/ML-driven solutions and analytics platforms.
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management.
- Ability to produce high-quality deliverables (BRDs, FRDs, etc.).
- Strong communication skills for diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
