Responsibilities:
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to capture requirements.
- Analyze existing processes and propose system improvements.
- Create comprehensive documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, use case diagrams, process flow diagrams, and data flow diagrams.
- Collaborate closely with QA to develop test cases, validate system functionality during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure solutions align with documented requirements and user expectations.
- Maintain traceability between business needs and technical implementations.
- Manage requirement changes by assessing impacts, documenting updates, and communicating changes to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 5 years in the healthcare domain or public sector, preferably within UAE or GCC healthcare systems.
