Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
- Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights using statistical and analytical tools.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to design data-driven solutions that meet business requirements.
- Documentation: Create detailed business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and use cases, and maintain documentation for data models and processes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team, clearly communicating complex concepts.
- Project Management: Assist in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in testing and validation of data solutions to ensure data quality and accuracy.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and stay updated with the latest trends in Big Data Analytics and AI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a data-centric environment.
- Experience working in Big Data Analytics and AI projects.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is a must; familiarity with SQL, Python, R is good to have.
- Knowledge of machine learning and AI concepts.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred.
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or related fields is preferred.
