Senior Specialist – Business & Systems Analysis (BSA)

The Senior Specialist – Business & Systems Analysis (BSA) will play a critical role in aligning business strategies and goals with technical solutions. The primary responsibilities include:

• Analyzing business strategies and goals to ensure technical solutions support these objectives.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation through technology.
• Conducting market research and trend analysis to remain informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Developing business cases to justify investments in technology.
• Partnering with senior leadership for contributions to long-term strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys with relevant business units such as banking licensing, banking supervisory, insurance, enforcement, and compliance to gather business needs and pain points.
• Understand core central banking and insurance operations to contextualize requirements.
• Translate high-level business objectives and needs into precise, functional, and non-functional requirements and system specifications.

Qualifications:

• Total Experience: 5-7 years
• Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree

Work Conditions: Full-time, On-site, 1 year Contract
