Key Accountabilities
- Design and deliver integrated change and communication plans for multiple initiatives in parallel.
- Translate complex business transformations into clear, engaging messaging for different audiences.
- Develop high-quality communication materials including campaigns, leadership messaging, and storytelling.
- Operate in an agile, sprint-based environment with rapid turnaround times.
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, prioritizing competing requests under tight deadlines.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and project leads, handling high-pressure situations and ambiguous requirements.
- Monitor change adoption, engagement levels, and communication effectiveness, adjusting strategies based on feedback and data.
Minimum Qualifications, Experience, and Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) is preferred.
- 6–8 years of experience in change management, internal communications, or consulting.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments such as marketing agencies or transformation programs.
- Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
