The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst, coupled with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Additionally, candidates should be self-driven, motivated, and possess a customer-centric mindset. A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field is necessary, along with technical expertise in big data modeling, database design, and data mining techniques. Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Spark/Hive SQL, Python, R, and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is expected. Experience with statistical analysis and any cloud technology is recommended. Flexibility to travel to customer locations as needed is also a requirement.
