As a Senior Specialist, you will provide technical leadership and strategic advice to clients and multidisciplinary teams throughout the full data centre lifecycle. This position requires a strong understanding of data centre strategy, planning, engineering, operational requirements, sustainability objectives, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding data centre strategies, business cases, technical concepts, and successful planning and delivery of developments.
- Act as the technical authority for data centre infrastructure, contributing to resilient, efficient, and sustainable data centre solutions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulatory requirements to support client goals for resilience, scalability, and sustainability.
- Review and assure technical outputs, studies, strategies, and designs.
- Engage in business development, client interactions, proposal preparations, and technical presentations.
- Contribute to market positioning and the growth of the company's global data centre capabilities.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, ICT/ Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Over 10 years of experience in the data centre, digital infrastructure, or technology sectors.
- Comprehensive experience throughout the data centre lifecycle, from strategy and planning to operations.
- In-depth understanding of data centre environments and the infrastructure required for mission-critical operations.
- Knowledge of international standards and best practice guidance related to data centres.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desired Skills:
- Chartered Engineer or equivalent accreditation.
- Experience with hyperscale, cloud, colocation, AI, or edge data centre developments.
- Knowledge of relevant standards such as Uptime Institute and TIA-942.
- Understanding of emerging technologies, including AI infrastructure and energy management.
- Established industry relationships within the data centre ecosystem.
