Senior Specialist Data Management

The Senior Specialist Data Management will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with business objectives and enhances data-driven decision-making. This role involves leading the Data Office to establish a culture of data excellence, promoting the value of data across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Implementing and maintaining data management platforms and tools (e.g., enterprise metadata repository, data quality platform, data stewardship workflows, data modeling, ETL tools, data mesh) to ensure alignment with bank needs and compliance with regulatory Data Management requirements and security standards.
• Ensuring consistent and accurate integration of data across various systems, platforms, and environments.
• Overseeing efficient and secure storage, processing, and retrieval of data.
• Managing the lifecycle of data from acquisition to disposal, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Conducting data management risk and control self-assessments (RCSA), addressing operational weaknesses, and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Promoting innovative data management practices for efficiency, data utilization, and value extraction.
