Senior Specialist, Digital Change Management

As a key member of the Digital Change Management team, the Senior Specialist, Digital Change Management partners closely with the business functions to capture, understand, prioritize, and describe their Digital demands. The role involves managing communication with customer functions, leading transition efforts, and helping customers adopt and adapt to new Digital services and solutions. This position is accountable for maintaining optimal customer satisfaction levels and proactively identifying service improvement opportunities.

Key Accountabilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact from Digital for business line managers and key contacts to communicate IT services and capabilities.
• Plan and lead the liaison between the business functions and the Group Digital & Cybersecurity teams to maintain positive relationships and provide required guidance to business users.
• Develop recommendations for coordinated project delivery across business units and evaluate joint initiatives relating to corporate strategy.
• Support high-level feasibility studies in pre-project phases to assess the viability of solutions or services.
• Market Digital solutions to the business and run awareness campaigns to promote their efficiency and utilization.
• Define the Digital change management strategy across group companies, standardizing communications for Group Digital & Cybersecurity projects.
• Advise business lines on the risks and benefits of existing and new technology to improve business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• 10 years of relevant IT experience, including at least 5 years in progressively increasing technical and managerial responsibilities in IT, with a focus on IT solutions, application development, and project management.
