Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, design review, and delivery of large-scale digital infrastructure programs.
- Review fiber backbone and network designs for compliance and efficiency.
- Provide inputs on network architecture and support mobile network planning activities.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders, including Mobile Network Operators and data center operators.
- Ensure compliance with standards and provide operational readiness support.
- Maintain various technical registers and documentation for project tracking.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in ICT, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in digital infrastructure or major infrastructure projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of digital infrastructure systems including fiber optic networks, mobile network infrastructure, and data centers.
- Excellent documentation, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with digital infrastructure for smart cities and critical infrastructure.
- Knowledge of telecommunications authority requirements and local regulations.
- Certifications in networking, telecommunications, or cybersecurity (e.g., Cisco, BICSI).
- Familiarity with international standards related to digital infrastructure.
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage.
