Senior Specialist: Digital Infrastructure

The company is seeking a Senior Specialist – Digital Infrastructure Saudi National to support the planning, design, coordination, and delivery of city-wide digital infrastructure, including fiber networks, telecom systems, data centers, and smart city platforms. This role involves providing technical expertise, multidisciplinary coordination, and ensuring that digital infrastructure solutions are resilient and scalable, aligned with project requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, design review, and delivery of large-scale digital infrastructure programs.
• Review fiber backbone and network designs for compliance and efficiency.
• Provide inputs on network architecture and support mobile network planning activities.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders, including Mobile Network Operators and data center operators.
• Ensure compliance with standards and provide operational readiness support.
• Maintain various technical registers and documentation for project tracking.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in ICT, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in digital infrastructure or major infrastructure projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of digital infrastructure systems including fiber optic networks, mobile network infrastructure, and data centers.
• Excellent documentation, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with digital infrastructure for smart cities and critical infrastructure.
• Knowledge of telecommunications authority requirements and local regulations.
• Certifications in networking, telecommunications, or cybersecurity (e.g., Cisco, BICSI).
• Familiarity with international standards related to digital infrastructure.

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage.
