Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day operations of ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, Master Data Management, and Reporting).
- Implement system enhancements, configuration changes, and functional improvements aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to streamline workflows and ensure data accuracy.
- Support ERP migration, integration, and AI enablement initiatives (e.g., SAP S/4HANA or Dynamics to SAP).
- Manage functional testing, documentation, and user training during system changes or releases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with audit, data privacy, and security standards.
- Generate reports and dashboards supporting Finance, Procurement, and Management reporting needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in ERP systems (preferably SAP S/4HANA or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong understanding of finance and procurement processes (GL, AP, AR, Assets, Tax, Budgeting).
- Experience in data migration, integration, and automation projects.
- Working knowledge of BTP, Power BI, or AI-enabled ERP tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
