Senior Specialist – Infrastructure

This position is designated for UAE Nationals only (Emiratization). The Senior Specialist in Infrastructure will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and administration of various systems. Key duties include maintaining and evaluating new technologies and procedures for backup, restoration, and disaster recovery for high availability and mission-critical systems. The specialist will proactively monitor systems to ensure secure services with minimal downtime and provide trend analysis to the service management team to support informed resource management decisions. Responsibilities also include improving and maintaining IT systems, including rolling out upgrades and security patches promptly. The Senior Specialist will participate in disaster recovery rehearsal activities within the agreed Recovery Time Objective (RTO) and Recovery Point Objective (RPO) defined by the central bank's Business Continuity Planning (BCP) team, and will be responsible for the performance, integrity, and security of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify operational issues and risks, applying fact-based insights to develop and evaluate options for resolution.
• Manage assigned systems and infrastructure capacity planning as well as license management.

Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time
Salary Range: $34.9K/hr - $57.9K/hr
Experience Required: 4 to 6 years
Education: Bachelor's degree
