Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI/ML solutions using Azure AI services (e.g., Azure AI Foundry) for enterprise-scale deployments.
- Fine-tune, deploy, and manage LLMs (e.g., GPT-4o, GPT-3.5) for business-specific use cases, including text generation, summarization, and intelligent automation.
- Create and orchestrate complex AI workflows using Agentic AI frameworks and tools like Azure Functions and Logic Apps for autonomous task execution and decision-making.
- Build and deploy intelligent conversational AI solutions using the Microsoft Bot Framework and Azure Bot Service, ensuring seamless integration with platforms like Microsoft Teams and enterprise systems.
- Integrate AI capabilities into the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio) to enable rapid, low-code application development and embed AI into business workflows.
- Develop and manage Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines integrated with enterprise data sources (e.g., SharePoint, Oracle) and ensure high-quality data modeling, cleaning, and fine-tuning for optimal AI model performance.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of all deployed Azure AI solutions, including containerization and orchestration using technologies like Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 4–7 years of experience in AI/ML development, specifically with enterprise-grade solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft AI Ecosystem, Programming & Frameworks, Generative AI & LLMs, AI Orchestration, Data & Integration.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to lead projects and mentor junior developers.
