Responsibilities

Project Activities:
- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, providing progress reports to stakeholders.

Team Collaboration:
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Facilitate communication between IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
- Support resource allocation to meet project demands.

Risk and Issue Management:
- Identify potential project risks and issues, escalating them as necessary.
- Assist in implementing mitigation strategies and addressing issues impacting timelines or quality.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare project status reports, meeting minutes, and maintain accurate project records.
- Ensure all project documentation is regularly updated.

Support Budget and Financial Tracking:
- Track project expenses, ensuring delivery within budget constraints.
- Provide regular updates on project financials to senior managers.

Quality Assurance:
- Help ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality standards.
- Assist in conducting post-project evaluations and implementing improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in project management or IT-related roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Planview, Jira, Trello).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and software development processes is a plus.
- Certification in Project Management (CAPM or PMP) is a plus.
Skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
