Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day IT security operations across the organization
- Monitor the health and effectiveness of security controls and drive continuous improvements
- Manage and oversee incident lifecycle including detection, triage, escalation, and closure
- Ensure SLA compliance across incidents, service requests, and change management activities
- Track and ensure timely remediation of Vulnerability Assessment (VA) and Penetration Testing (PT) findings
- Support compliance with regulatory frameworks such as NCA, PDPL, and ISO standards
- Oversee performance of key security domains including:
- Cloud Security
- Identity Security
- Prepare operational dashboards and reports on incidents, SLAs, vulnerabilities, and control effectiveness
- Maintain IT Security Operations SOPs and processes
- Coordinate with Managed Service Providers (MSP) and internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field
- 3-4 years of experience in IT Security Operations or Cybersecurity
- Professional certifications such as Security+, Network+ or equivalent are preferred
