Senior Specialist - Maintenance

About the Job
As a Senior Specialist in Maintenance at Presight, you will oversee the corrective and preventive maintenance of Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems to ensure optimal performance. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing a comprehensive preventive maintenance program, conducting regular inspections and audits of security infrastructure, and identifying potential issues proactively.

Additionally, you will lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support, conducting performance evaluations, and setting goals. Your role will also involve designing information and operational support systems while offering on-site and remote support to engineers and end-users as required.

Qualifications

• Total of 15 years of experience in relevant fields, with a minimum of 5–6 years in direct relevant experience and 3 years in a management role.
• Proven experience in handling corrective and preventive maintenance of CCTV and ELV systems.
• Ability to provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers and team members.
